Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Optimalachieving website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Services
Optimalachieving provides event décor services, custom-made decorative installations, and photo zone styling. All services are subject to availability and require prior consultation and agreement.
Booking and Payment
Event bookings with Optimalachieving require:
- Initial consultation and agreement on scope of work
- Deposit payment as specified in your service agreement
- Final payment according to the agreed schedule
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Optimalachieving cancellation terms are as follows:
- More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus administrative fees
- 15-30 days before event: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before event: No refund
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, and text, is the property of Optimalachieving and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Optimalachieving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Modifications
Optimalachieving reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Payment Terms
All payments for Optimalachieving services must be made according to the payment schedule agreed upon in your service contract. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and other agreed-upon methods. All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling.
Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services. All prices are subject to change without notice, but prices for confirmed bookings will be honoured as agreed in your contract.
Service Modifications
Optimalachieving reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any significant changes to services that may affect their bookings.
If we are unable to provide a service as originally agreed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to find an acceptable alternative or provide appropriate compensation.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their event and venue
- Ensuring venue access and necessary permissions for installation
- Complying with venue rules and regulations
- Protecting installed décor and photo zones during the event
- Notifying us of any changes to event details in a timely manner
Force Majeure
Optimalachieving shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms of Service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be subject to binding arbitration or resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
